Copper End Cap 10 mm for soldering is designed to permanently close the end of 10 mm copper tube. The open side is a female solder socket that fits over the tube end, while the closed end seals the termination after the capillary joint is completed. This fitting is used in water supply, heating, air-conditioning and cooling systems. The joint may be soft-soldered or brazed according to system requirements; EN 1254-1:2021 covers this class of capillary fittings. The main selection parameter is the 10 mm outside diameter of the copper tube.
