Delivery

METPROM organizes delivery of metal products across Ukraine, taking into account the product type, weight, dimensions, length, order volume and shipping destination. Delivery terms are agreed with the manager during request processing.

Metal products often have significant weight or non-standard dimensions, so the delivery method is selected individually: for small items, a postal carrier may be suitable, while long-length or heavy metal requires freight or transport delivery.

Delivery methods

Depending on the order parameters, the following delivery options are available:

Nova Poshta — for items that meet the carrier’s weight and size limits. Nova Poshta delivery is available to freight branches or by address delivery;
Delivery — for freight shipments and metal products of suitable dimensions;
SAT — for cargo delivery across Ukraine;
arranged freight delivery — for oversized, heavy or long-length orders;
pickup — by prior agreement with the manager.

How delivery is agreed

You submit a request on the website or contact the manager.
The manager clarifies the items, quantity, dimensions, weight, need for cutting and delivery city.
After checking the order parameters, a convenient shipping method is selected.
The delivery cost and timeframes are agreed before the order is confirmed.
Delivery is carried out after funds are received in the company’s current account.

Cutting for convenient delivery

If the product has significant length or dimensions that are inconvenient for transportation, metal cutting can be agreed if needed. This helps prepare the order for transportation, reduce the risk of damage and select a more convenient delivery method.

The availability of cutting, its terms and cost are clarified separately for each specific item and order volume.

Delivery cost

The delivery cost depends on the carrier, weight, dimensions, number of packages, shipping destination and additional services. The final delivery amount is determined after the order parameters are clarified.

If delivery is carried out by a carrier, its cost is calculated according to the rates of the relevant delivery service or transport company.

Delivery calculation is free of charge.

Receiving the order

When receiving the order, we recommend checking the number of packages, item compliance and visible damage. If you have any questions about the order contents or cargo condition, inform the manager immediately after receipt.
