METPROM works with prior order confirmation. Before payment, the manager clarifies the current price, product availability, quantity, weight, cutting terms, order bundling and delivery conditions.

The final cost depends on the parameters of each specific order.

How payment works

You submit a request on the website or contact the manager.
The manager clarifies the required items, quantity, dimensions, steel grade, cutting and delivery.
After checking availability and the current price, we confirm the order amount.
You receive an invoice for payment.
After the terms are agreed, the order is transferred to processing.

Available payment methods

The main payment method is cashless payment by invoice after the order has been confirmed by the manager.

Payment to the current account — for legal entities, entrepreneurs and organizations.
Individual payment terms — may be discussed for large or regular orders.
Flexible discount system — for wholesale and regular buyers.

Why payment is made after confirmation

The website may show an indicative “from” price, so the final cost is confirmed after the order details are clarified. This allows us to take into account current availability, volume, weight, cutting, delivery method and other important parameters.

An order placed through the website is a request to clarify and agree the terms. Payment is made after the manager confirms the possibility of supply and the final amount.

Order documents

If necessary, the manager provides the original invoice for payment.

The delivery note and metal certificates are provided after shipment.
