Copper Street Elbow 90° 12 mm (M/F) is a compact capillary fitting for changing the route of copper pipework. The female socket is sized for 12 mm tube and the plain male end connects into the socket of another compatible solder fitting. This configuration is useful in water supply, heating, air-conditioning and cooling systems where small installation dimensions are important. Soft soldering or brazing may be used according to system requirements; EN 1254-1:2021 covers this fitting class. The one-socket elbow differs from the F/F version with two female sockets.
