The 22 mm Copper Equal Tee is used to create a side branch from a copper main without changing the tube diameter. All three female solder sockets are sized for 22 mm copper tube, so both run connections and the branch have the same size. The tee is suitable for copper pipework for water supply, heating and climate-control equipment. Capillary joints may be soft-soldered or brazed depending on service conditions; EN 1254-1:2021 covers this type of copper fitting. Choose the equal tee when a 22 mm branch is required from a 22 mm main.
