For a straight connection between two 42 mm copper tubes, this Copper Straight Coupling has two identical female solder sockets. The tubes enter from opposite sides and form an equal-size capillary joint without threaded adaptors or a change in diameter. The fitting is used in water-supply, heat-distribution and HVAC systems. Installation is carried out by soft soldering or brazing according to project requirements; EN 1254-1:2021 covers capillary fittings of this type. Both connected tubes should have a 42 mm outside diameter.
