For a compact 90° turn between two sections of 15 mm copper tube, this Copper Elbow has female solder sockets at both ends. The F/F design joins tubes of the same outside diameter without threaded adaptors and forms an equal-size capillary connection. The elbow is suitable for heating, water-supply and refrigeration circuits. Joints are made by soft soldering or brazing according to project requirements; EN 1254-1:2021 covers capillary fittings of this type. Two sockets are appropriate when both connected pipe ends are plain copper tube.
