Copper Reducing Coupling 22x18 mm for soldering joins two copper tubes with different outside diameters. Its two socket ends accept 22 mm and 18 mm tube respectively, forming a compact capillary reduction without additional adaptors. The fitting is used in heating, water-supply and refrigeration circuits. The joints may be soft-soldered or brazed depending on operating conditions; EN 1254-1:2021 covers capillary fittings for copper tubes. Correct selection requires both connection sizes to match the actual tube outside diameters.
